We have a wide range of EV chargers on the campus operated by Zest. A map below shows all the locations on campus and you can select the icon to find out what kW chargers are within the car park. To use these units you’ll need to:
1.

Download the app on the App StoreLink opens in a new window or Google PlayLink opens in a new window to create an account and register your details.
2.

Scan the QR code on the unit using the app.
3.

Use the app to start your charging session.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I report an issue with the current electric vehicle charging unit?
Zest chargers may be reported to the supplier directly within the app or by calling 03335774245.
- Are there any costs for charging my car?
Yes, there will be charges for the electricity per kWh at competitive market rates. Rates will be displayed within the app or Zest websiteLink opens in a new window.
- Can I use the 13a plug sockets to charge my car?
No, the sockets are not available for charging your vehicle and you must use the Zest units when charging on campus.
- Are other locations being installed?
Zest is currently onsite implementing the rollout of charging units. Local signage will be posted on the units to indicate the dates when replacement works will begin. Current works in progress are:
