Why did you choose Warwick?

I chose the University of Warwick because of WMG’s strong reputation for academic excellence and its forward-thinking approach to business and innovation. I was particularly drawn to the University’s emphasis on critical thinking, global perspectives, and real-world application.

What are you doing now?

I am currently the Executive Director at Flux Logistix and Self-Storage, where I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth initiatives for supply chain solutions and self-storage services.

What motivates you to do what you do? 

What motivates me is the opportunity to build efficient, scalable systems that truly make a difference in people’s lives – whether through streamlined logistics or secure, accessible storage solutions. I find a lot of purpose in creating value for customers and growing a business that is both innovative and reliable. In addition, I enjoy leading teams and watching people develop and thrive in a supportive, results-driven environment.

How has your time at Warwick influenced what you do now?

My time at Warwick had a significant impact on the way I approach business and leadership today. The academic rigor challenged me to think critically and strategically, while the diverse, international environment helped me develop a global mindset – something that is incredibly valuable in the supply chain industry. Warwick also instilled in me a strong foundation in problem-solving and innovation, which continues to shape how I navigate complex operational challenges and drive growth.

Favourite memory? 

One of my favourite memories from Warwick was being part of an incredibly diverse classroom. Students came from all over the world, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences. The discussions were engaging and challenged me to think beyond my own worldview – something I carry with me in my leadership approach today.

Best thing about the Warwick community?

The best thing about the Warwick community is its inclusiveness and supportiveness. Whether in academic settings, societies, or casual meetups, there was always a sense of collaboration and encouragement.

Favourite place on campus?

My favourite places on campus were the Library and the Student Hub. The Library had a great atmosphere for focus and productivity, plus a very affordable lunch downstairs. The Student Hub was the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or just grab a coffee.
