This form has been set up for students who have completed a dissertation in the Department of History so that they are able to provide written consent for the anonymous use of their dissertation as examples for future students.

If you are a student who has completed a dissertation in the Department of History, please complete this form to let us know if you would consent to your dissertation being anonymised and used as an example of previous work which can be provided to future students. Thank you very much!
