Lucene queries

Add &luceneQueryType=true to enable Lucene queries, for example:

surname:mannion AND department.code:"IN" AND type:STAFF

Warning: Do not search against lucene's universityId field. It's not routinely populated any more. Use membershipDetails.universityId now.
